Deputy Clerk

Event Planner/Deputy Clerk Duties:
  • Record and edit the minutes of Planning Board meetings
  • Assist with the maintenance, filing, safekeeping, and computerization of municipal documents
  • Issue public notification of all official activities and meetings
  • Prepare Planning Board meeting agendas and packets of related information
  • Represent the municipality at community events and serve as liaisons on community committees
  • Co-Event coordinator for all town-sponsored events
  • Maintain Town website and Facebook page
  • Create and distribute the Town newsletter
